We will plunge regardless of rain, snow or wind.

Tips For First-Time Plungers

Wear water shoes to protect your feet

Bring a cozy bathrobe or plush towel or blanket to warm up.

Park in the Cove Building Parking Lot - if full, then park at Normandy Park Swim Club

ALLOW EXTRA TIME TO PARK if you want to plunge with the crowd at 11.
