Because we have limited seating available, we have to cap attendance in the interest of making sure folks are as comfortable as possible! An RSVP via Eventbrite will be required for each meeting but it will always be FREE! Please email in advance with any accessibility needs. We will do our best to provide accommodations!HERE’S HOW IT WORKS:6:00 - 6:20 PM Chit-Chat & Settle InIf you’ve brought a mug and some tea*, this will also be the time to make a cup. We have enough chairs for all attending but if you’d like, you’re welcome to bring a pillow and blanket and nestle yourself between the shelves on the floor. This is also a good time to chat with other readers and introduce yourself to others.6:20 - 7:20 PM Silent Reading Time!Whether you read with your eyes or your ears, now’s the time to lock in. The lights will be on but you’re welcome to bring your own headphones, booklights, or audiobook activity.7:20 - 7:30 PM Chit-Chat & Wrap-Up!Final time to connect, pack up, and head out! If you found something to buy, you’re welcome to check out now.See you at Page 2 (after hours)!*While hot water will be provided for those who bring their own tea/cocoa and mug, no additional snacks will be. If you do bring any food, please make sure it doesn’t contain any peanuts, treenuts, or shellfish due to airborne allergies.
