What to expect-
•	Grounding breathwork and Yin yoga to promote deep relaxation and stress relief by accessing subtle energy pathways (Qi).
•	Meditative sound bath to guide you beyond thinking and into sensing - allowing intentions to take root beneath the surface.
•	Space for reflection and journaling as the Aquarius energy is a perfect backdrop for intention-setting through vibration and stillness.

What to bring:
•	Yoga mat (yoga props including blocks, bolster and/or meditation cushion for maximum comfort).
•	Blankets or shawl for warmth.
•	Journal and pen.
•	Water bottle to stay hydrated.
