Our GIB kitchen masterminds have crafted the perfect lineup of sauces, each one hotter than the last. Every sauce is made in-house and features peppers fron Hector Hot Peppers!

Here’s the deal:

? 12 brave contenders per time slot
? $15 per person (includes a dozen wings + a pint)
? Six rounds = two wings per round
? Vegan option available: tempura-battered cauliflower
