This event is an interactive, hands-on class designed to empower everyday community members with the confidence and capability to act swiftly and effectively. Participants will learn how to assess an emergency scene, prioritize safety, and provide essential lifesaving interventions until trained responders take over.RSVP Details:30 person limit. RSVP required.Class, lunch and refreshments included with RSVPVeterans and military family members of all ages welcome.Parent discretion advised due to training involving themes including trauma, injury and disaster scenarios.Objective: Participants learn how to identify dangers, ensure personal safety, and determine the needs of injured individuals before taking action.Street parking only.
