This group is for anyone in the community who is curious, open, or wanting to talk about the things we don’t often say out loud — fears, experiences, questions, and hopes. You do not need to be facing illness, loss, or end of life to attend.

The group is facilitated by Monique from End of Life Ed, a palliative care nurse, and is designed to be supportive and inclusive — not a lecture, counselling session, or therapy group. There is no pressure to share and no particular agenda.

Please RSVP on 0428 372 686 for lunch catering purposes.

We gather to listen, speak if we wish, and learn from one another, helping build a tender and compassionate community.
