Pregnancy is a season of deep change — physically, emotionally, and energetically. This Prenatal Yoga class offers a calm, supportive space to move, breathe, and connect with confidence throughout your pregnancy.
Led by Erin McNaughton, a prenatal lead instructor and birth doula, each class is thoughtfully designed to support your changing body while helping you feel grounded, informed, and cared for.
Expect prenatal-safe movement, gentle strength, and functional mobility to support hips, spine, posture, and pelvic floor health, alongside calming breathwork to regulate the nervous system and prepare for birth. Classes move at an intentional pace, with options, modifications, and rest always encouraged.
This practice isn’t about pushing or perfecting poses — it’s about listening, trusting your body, and feeling supported during one of life’s most transformative seasons.
