This Hot 26 & 2 class is a traditional 90-minute, heated yoga practice designed to systematically work the entire body — improving strength, flexibility, balance, circulation, and mental focus through a consistent, time-tested sequence.
Led by Jenica, whose own teacher trained directly with Bikram Choudhury, this class follows the traditional Hot 26 & 2 sequence. It is offered in the spirit of Yoga Elements’ inclusive, student-centered approach — where rest is allowed, options are encouraged, and every body is welcome.
🔥 What Is Hot 26 & 2?
The sequence consists of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises, practiced in the same order every time, in a heated room. The repetition helps you learn your body, build resilience, and track progress over time.
The class begins standing, where the work tends to feel the most challenging, and gradually moves down to the mat as the body warms and opens. You’ll experience two savasanas woven into the sequence, allowing the nervous system to reset and the body to integrate the work.
