Designed by an experienced senior arts educator, these sessions provide practical tools and creative strategies to help primary and secondary teachers confidently integrate the arts into their classrooms. With hands-on activities, take-home resources, and adaptable lesson ideas, these sessions are perfect for educators of all experience levels—whether you're new to teaching the arts or looking to deepen your practice.

Our June Professional Development Session will shine a spotlight on the Gallery Collection, with a focus on how educators can engage with artworks and access educational materials to enrich student learning. You'll explore a range of sculptural works by artists including Polly Pawuya, Imuna Kenta, Kayo Yokoyama, Judith Inkamala, Juz Kitson, Linde Ivimey, and Troy Emery.

Through guided, practical workshops, you'll experiment with a variety of accessible sculptural materials—such as paper clay, wire, cardboard, found objects, and more—that you can easily implement in your own classroom.

Connect with peers, get hands-on with new techniques, and walk away with fresh ideas ready for the classroom. Don’t miss this opportunity to spark creativity and build confidence in your arts teaching.
