We are consistently creating processes to reduce our carbon footprint & increase any level of sustainability practices across our business.We are an active participant in the 1million tree program that the Bundaberg Regional Council launched in 2021. We have not only accessed a number of trees through the Bundaberg Landcare Program, though we have propagated vast numbers of trees ourselves for planting in open grassed areas.We have a large dam that has been removed of major noxius weeds, we have planted trees around the edge and have mulched large areas of garden beds to reduce water usage and encourage wildlife back to the waters edge.As we are on a septic system, we aim to reduce the use of toxic chemicals and search for low phosporous options where possible and we utilise our grey water after its treated through our water system to irrigate the lower lawn area at HSG.Customer service for the HSG team is a voluntary act that demonstrates a genuine desire to satisfy and amaze our guests.
