Join us for our monthly Full Moon Healing Circle — a beautiful evening to slow down, soften, and let go.

The evening begins with a guided Yoga Nidra session led by Jasmine. Yoga Nidra is a deeply relaxing practice — sometimes called yogic sleep — that guides you into a state between waking and sleep. In this state, the body and mind can fully let go, while your awareness remains gently present. Jasmine is a Yoga Nidra practitioner who has been running sessions in Exmouth and has recently returned home to Bunbury.

As you rest in Yoga Nidra, Emma will move around the circle offering hands-on Reiki to each person. Emma is a Reiki Master in the traditional Usui lineage. Reiki is a gentle energy healing practice that supports the body to relax deeply and restore its natural balance. Once everyone has received Reiki, we’ll gently close the circle and bring the evening to an end.

We love hosting these circles on the full moon — it’s such a natural time to release what no longer serves and allow for a little energetic clearing before the next cycle begins.
