Join Gyani to recharge and revitalise energy levels by balancing the Chakras with Yin Yoga, sound vibration chanting and meditation.
During this workshop you will experience:
~ A relaxing sequence of Yin Yoga postures to balance the chakra energy centres.
~ Sound vibration chanting and a chakra meditation.
~ Yoga Nidra to rest deeply and revitalise energy levels.
Some yoga experience required, not suitable for complete beginners.
DATE: Saturday 13th September 3.30-5.30pm. Please arrive at least 10mins early for a prompt start at 3.30pm.
VENUE: Tara Yoga, 18 Clifton Street, Bunbury.
