- **Event Description**: Join Coral Emerson, author and speaker, and Emma Todd, Energy & Embodiment Practitioner, for a 3hr guided experience created for women who can feel something shifting, but aren’t yet clear on what’s next.

This is a supportive, collaborative space to slow down, reflect, and gently make sense of where you are and what’s changing.

Together, Coral and Emma will guide you through a balance of conversation, self-reflection, and practical integration. 

Coral will lead you through insights around change, transitions, and recognising when a new door is opening, followed by guided journalling to help you connect with what’s unfolding for you right now. A relaxed morning tea will be available as you take this time for yourself.

Emma will then support you to move through any uncertainty or second-guessing with gentle EFT/tapping, before guiding a meditation and energy work session to help you settle, integrate, and anchor a deeper sense of clarity.

We’ll close the workshop with a simple next step or internal anchor you can take with you.

You don’t need to have the answers. You just need to be open to exploring what’s there.

By the end of the session, the intention is that you’ll leave feeling clearer, more grounded, and more connected to what feels right for you moving forward.

Venue:  Zen Within Wellness Centre  (note Zen Within is on the 1st floor with no elevator access)

Morning tea will be provided. 

Exchange:  Early Bird $75 (closes 10th May or until allocation exhausted)
Standard Price $90 
This experience is limited to 14 women.
