Workshop: No Paintbrushes - Abstract Art

What you will learn: At ‘No Paintbrushes’, try your hand at abstract, intuitive, heart-centred painting with all things recyclable. Marie will teach you what she has coined 'The Freedom Technique’ for applying paint on canvas. And ‘Mind-LESS-ness,’ where the busy mind and any fear or expectations around painting can be soothed. If you are in a creative rut or just a life rut, this class could be the very thing you need to get back into flow. You may also receive an answer to a problem or realise you can paint after all. How cool that would be!

NO Stress

If you’re scared of making a mess? Don’t worry, it won’t stay a mess. Or yikes! Stuffing up and consequently embarrassing yourself? Nope, at ‘No Paintbrushes’, you can’t stuff up!

It’s all about fun and exploring all the ways in which you can apply paint on canvas. It is that easy, it is like child's play. Marie will show you the way.
You will be amazed at what shows up on the canvas!

No painting experience is necessary.
