Start the new year by giving yourself the gift of slowing down and creating space to reconnect with your inner wisdom. Take some time out for yourself to consciously cultivate compassion and self-acceptance, and to set your heartfelt intentions for the coming year. 

Join Gyani for a nourishing Yin Yoga practice to reset and restore – using passive longer held poses to release tension in the body, meditation to quieten the mind to connect with your inner wisdom, and sankalpa during Yoga Nidra to help plant the seeds for positive change in your life and leave you feeling balanced physically, mentally and emotionally.

The evening will include:
~ Yin Yoga - calming nervous system and restoring energy levels through passive stretching
~ Meditation - connecting to your heart/loving kindness and creating your sankalpa (intention)
~ Yoga Nidra - guided deep relaxation with sankalpa

The sankalpa is a resolve, a statement of positive intent. It ‘works’, because it is like a seed planted deep in the rich earth of the subconscious when the mind is quiet and relaxed and ready to absorb it. This seed will germinate, take root, and grow into a healthy plant that will flower and bear fruit, helping us to make the changes we want to make in our life, and to become all that we are capable of being.

Suitable for all levels, including complete beginners.

DATE: Friday 9th January 5.30-7.30pm. Please arrive at least 5-10mins early for a prompt start at 5.30pm as late comers unfortunately can’t be accepted.

VENUE: Tara Yoga, 18 Clifton Street, Bunbury

EXCHANGE: Earlybird $40 if booked before 12th December. Full price $45 or $43 concession.

BOOKING: Registration essential as places are limited. Book online to secure your spot. 

REFUNDS: Please note there will be no refunds but if you are unable to attend the workshop then you can arrange for someone to take your place and to let us know in advance.

WHAT TO BRING: Bring your own yoga mat if you have one, props will be provided. Also bring a water bottle.
