Winter is a time for rest and containment. The earth is still and quiet, and everything naturally turns inward. It is a perfect time of the year to put some energy into our reserves through a nourishing yoga practice.

Join Gyani to experience the following practices - Gentle Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Pranayama (breathing practices), Mantra chanting, Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation) with healing sounds, and Meditation. 

Connect with likeminded yogis at the calm and peaceful setting of Tara Yoga Centre in Bunbury.

About Gyani:
With nearly 20 years of experience, Gyani is a dedicated yoga teacher, yoga therapist, and Ayurveda Lifestyle Consultant. Her journey has taken her across the world, immersing herself in the yogic way of life in ashrams and retreats—including three transformative years living in an Indian ashram. Gyani’s teachings offer a holistic blend of yoga, pranayama, and meditation, designed to cultivate deeper awareness of the body and mind. She encourages slowing down, nourishing the nervous system, and reconnecting with yourself through practices that promote relaxation, balance, and inner harmony.

DATE: Saturday 11th July 2pm – 5.30pm. Please arrive from 1.45pm to settle and for a prompt start at 2pm.

VENUE: Tara Yoga Centre, 18 Clifton Street, Bunbury.

EXCHANGE: Earlybird $95 if booked by 11th June. Full price $115 or $110 concession.

BOOKING: Book online via Trybooking to secure your spot. No casual spots.

REFUNDS: Please note there will be no refunds but if you are unable to attend the mini retreat then you can arrange for someone to take your place and to let us know in advance. 

WHAT TO BRING: Bring your own yoga mat if you prefer, all props will be provided. Wear warm comfortable clothing suitable for stretching. Also bring a water bottle.
