You are soulfully invited to join me for The Presence Within, an intimate day retreat created as a nurturing space to pause, reconnect and gently come home to yourself.

Together we will spend the day immersed in soulful practices designed to restore presence, deepen awareness and inspire intentional living.

Throughout the day we will explore:

Sacred Tea Ceremony: A mindful ritual of stillness and connection

Restful Sound Journey: A deeply restorative immersion to soften the nervous system and invite inner spaciousness

Soulful Reflection Gentle: Guided prompts for insight, clarity and connection

Intentional Feng Shui Wisdom: Exploring how our spaces influence our energy, with practical ways to bring greater harmony and intention into the home

Creative Wisdom Practice: Create a meaningful take-home piece using natural elements as a reflection of your personal intention

Closing Integration Circle A gentle space to anchor and honour what has been received

A light nourishing lunch, refreshments and afternoon tea will be provided.

This retreat is intentionally limited to 10 participants to preserve the gentle, held nature of the day.

Bring along a piece of driftwood or a small branch if you have one and any shells, feathers, nuts or beads you might like to use on the day. There will be some string, shells, feathers and whatever else I find in nature to bring.
