Heads up, Indian Springs Estates Homeowners Association! Our next bulk trash pickup is scheduled for Wednesday, May 14th, as part of our regular weekly service. 

� IMPORTANT REMINDER:
� This service is ONLY available to Hill Country Waste Solutions customers.

This is a great opportunity to clear out those larger unwanted items from your home — but please make sure to follow the guidelines below for a smooth and successful collection day:

� ACCEPTABLE BULK ITEMS:
� Furniture (couches, chairs, etc.)
� Appliances (washers, stoves, water heaters)
� Refrigerators (must have certified refrigerant removal tag)
� Tree limbs, brush, and shrubbery (must be bundled – see below)

� YARD DEBRIS PREP TIPS:
• All items must be bagged, bundled, or boxed
• Grass/leaves: bagged, max 35 lbs per bag
• Tree limbs: under 4 ft long, under 6" thick, securely tied
• Hazardous plants (like cactus/century plants): boxed

� UNACCEPTABLE ITEMS (Do NOT place at curb):
� Construction debris
� Tires, engines, thick metal parts
� Hazardous, flammable, or chemical waste
� Batteries, liquids, or untagged appliances with CFCs

� SIZE LIMIT:
• Each household gets 2 cubic yards FREE
(That’s about 4 full HCWS trash carts!)
• Up to 4 yards total will be picked up
� Anything over 2 yards will be billed at $30 + tax per extra yard

� FAQs:
• No need to call ahead — HCWS will handle it
• Refrigerators must have a TCEQ-compliant tag confirming refrigerant removal
• Place items curbside with clear access, away from landscaping, fences, or mailboxes
