Join resident metalsmith Francesca Watson for a fun, two-day project that will introduce you to sweat soldering, working with wire sheet, and textured metal, and tube setting faceted stones. We'll also learn the fundamentals of using a jeweler's saw and make our own earwires!  Along the way, we'll discuss the properties of sterling silver; why flux is important and which ones work best for silver; how to get a professional finish on your piece; and much more. And as an added bonus, you'll get 30 days access to recordings of all demos ... at no additional cost!

This is a 2-day event, Saturday - Sunday Dec, 13-14 from 9:30am to 5:00pm each day.
