You could buy a landed property for just under a million – which means life can be had at a rather comfortable budget – (considering that this is part of the Bukit Timah landscape). So, is there a catch? Yes, there is… the land lease is fast running out. It began in 1947. Putting this aside, Life at Fuyong is almost like a fairy tale. The nostalgic old–world charm beckons both residents and new comers. The surrounding nature from the nearby parks adds to the charming atmosphere.
