Slowly, in its own perfect timing. The days grow longer. The air softens. Tiny green shoots begin to push their way through the soil, reaching instinctively towards the light.Spring reminds us that life is always finding a way to begin again. It is a season of renewal. Of possibility. Of gentle emergence. Not through force, but through faithful tending. After the quiet inwardness of winter, we are invited to lift our gaze once more. To become curious about what is unfolding within us. To notice what feels life-giving. To ask ourselves what we wish to cultivate as this new cycle begins. What seeds am I planting? What am I ready to move forward with?Where is life asking me to grow?Over this weekend, we will gather in the heart of the Adelaide Hills to honour the changing season and gently tend to what is beginning to emerge within us.Together, we will slow down enough to hear ourselves again while welcoming the fresh energy that spring brings. Through movement, breath, meditation, creative expression, nature and meaningful connection, we'll create space to clear what feels stagnant, nourish what is emerging, and tend to the quiet dreams asking for our attention.Like the first tender shoots breaking through the earth, we too deserve to be met with patience, tenderness and loving care as we grow.Everything throughout the weekend has been intentionally curated to support this unfolding. What the weekend will include:Opening & Closing CeremoniesMorning Sadhana to awaken body and spiritYin Yoga to tend to your inner landscapeWomb YogaMeditation, sound and nervous system nourishing practicesWomen's CirclesCreative workshopsNature walks and Qi Gong amongst the treesCacao CeremonyTime to rest, reflect and simply beNourishing home-cooked mealsBeautiful accommodation nestled in natureMeaningful connection with like-hearted womenWith over 20 retreats lovingly facilitated, we bring a depth of experience in creating spaces where women feel safe to soften, connect and come home to themselves.Women of all ages, seasons and cycles of life are welcome.Whether you find yourself standing at the beginning of something new, navigating change, or simply longing to spend a weekend being deeply nourished, you will be warmly welcomed here.As you leave, you'll carry home more than memories. You'll leave with a renewed connection to yourself, gentle practices to support your everyday life, and perhaps a handful of seeds to plant when you return home, a simple reminder that the most beautiful things in life aren't rushed.
