Vietnamese Soups Hands-On Cooking Class $65/person

Let's explore the tantalzing aromas, layers of texture, and deeply healing bone broths of Vietnamese soups.

In this hands-on cooking class you will make three classic Vietnamese soups that you know and love from your local take-out spot, but now in your very own kitchen! Yes, you can save on the restaurant bill.

Menu:


Beef Pho Soup (phở bò)
Pork Meatball and Watercress Soup (canh)
Potsticker Soup (mi hoanh thanh)

This class will cover knife skills, selecting proper ingredients for Asian cooking, using a Multi-cooker, making broth, poaching meat, building flavors, cleaning greens.

Class price includes generous sampling of everything prepared, printed recipes, and one glass of wine, beer or non-alcoholic beverage.
