The Old Home Place presents Joe Jencks

The Old Home Place Concert Series welcomes Chicago songwriter Joe Jencks Thursday, February 12 at 7pm. This unique listening room environment music series is held at Maple & Main, 101 South Maple in Buffalo, Missouri on the second Thursday of each month. For more information call 417-343-1314. Joe Jencks is a 25-year veteran of the international folk circuit, an award-winning songwriter, and celebrated vocalist based in Chicago. Merging conservatory training with his Irish roots and working-class upbringing, Joe delivers engaged musical narratives filled with heart, soul, groove and grit. Co-founder of the harmony trio, Brother Sun and drawing on his Irish heritage (dual U.S./Irish Citizen), Jencks has enthralled diverse audiences with his approachable style from notable venues like the Lincoln Center and Carnegie Hall.
