ATTENTION RESELLERS, COLLECTORS, AND TOOL ENTHUSIASTS:
This property is a true time-capsule hoard! We have spent weeks consolidating a massive conex container, an outdoor carport, and 3 barns into one tight, packed, 3-zone shopping experience. Because the home is absolutely overflowing, we cannot fit everything out on Day 1!

We will be pulling fresh items out of our holding zones and restocking the tables continuously on Thursday and Friday, with a HUGE fresh box-opening restock for Saturday morning! If you came Thursday, you will need to come back Saturday to see what we've uncovered.
	
What You'll Find:
• The Barn: Packed full of power tools, hand tools, hardware, lawn & garden equipment, saddles, outdoor gear, and great vintage "man cave" rustic primitives mixed in with some vintage toys, dishes and furniture.
• The Carport Overflow: A picker's paradise of box lots, project furniture, and unsearched hidden treasures.
• The Main House: Densely packed with vintage glassware, collectibles, kitchenware, home decor, Disney, fabric, quilts, sewing machines, clothing, jewelry, World War ll memorabilia and western prints just to name a few.

Important Sale Logistics for Our Shoppers:
• Easy Parking & Loading: Since we are out in the country, we have plenty of space! Bring your trucks, trucks with trailers, and tie-downs. There is ample room for easy loading.
• Crowd Control: The house is packed. For safety, we will be letting a limited number of people into the house at a time on Thursday morning. The Barn and Carport will be wide open immediately—so if there is a line at the house, go shop the barn first!
• Payment: Cash, Venmo and Major Credit Cards accepted. 
• Not Responsible for Accidents or Injuries.
• All Items Sold as is. 
• No Refunds or Exchanges.
• Valuables will be Removed from Sale Site each Day. 
• Children are allowed but Must Stay Close to Adults. 
• You Break It, You Buy It.
• NO Bags, NO Dipper Bags, NO Carts. We will have holding areas to put your goods in with your name on them. 
• All Purchases must be picked up before the End of Sale at 4PM on the Last Day of the Sale.
• Bring Help to Load: Our crew will be busy managing the sale and cannot assist with loading heavy items or furniture. Please bring your own muscles!
