Next, you’ll master the art of the Gruyère Soufflé, achieving the perfect delicate rise and golden top. We’ll then dive into the colorful and refreshing Classic Niçoise Salad, featuring fresh greens, vibrant vegetables, and a perfect balance of tuna and olives. Finally, we’ll end with the warm, buttery perfection of Brioche, learning how to shape and bake this soft, slightly sweet bread to accompany your meal.
