In this class, you will:

- Learn how to use and care for an active sourdough starter to ferment gut healthy sourdough Focaccia Bread.
- Receive the gift of a developed sourdough starter that Ashley has replicated for you from her own.
- Create your own savory or sweet focaccia to take home.
- View a demonstration on how to mix your own focaccia dough to ferment and make at home.
- Be prepared with a detailed recipe booklet with process images, recipes from class, and sourdough schedules that will support and guide you through making this recipe at home.
