Receive the gift of a developed sourdough starter.
Feel prepared with a detailed recipe booklet complete with process images, the recipe, and additional resources to support you on your sourdough journey.
Learn the step by step process of making handmade sourdough cinnamon buns! In class each participant will have the opportunity to roll their own recipe of cinnamon buns to take home and bake the next morning.
Be given sample baking schedules that teach you how to incorporate the sourdough process into your daily life and work routine.
Taste sourdough cinnamon buns baked fresh in the kitchen. The class is great for beginners or for those looking to expand their understanding of sourdough baking.
