Session begins with breathing or mindfulness exercise.  Participants will then lie down comfortably while the sound environment is created  through the bowls.  
Participants are encouraged to bring:
-Comfortable clothing
-Yoga Mat or something similar to lie down on (mats are available for use)
-Socks (shoes will be removed during the session)
