This course is ideal for those interested in:
- energy work and how it affects us, those working toward self-healing (beginning with the physical) 
- anyone who wants to increase their own self awareness 
- perfect for those looking to elevate their consciousness and enhance spiritual connections.

Reiki level I course objectives are:

- Students will receive a Reiki Level I attunement - that opens up energy centers to increase energy flow into the body.  
- Learn about the history and the tradition of this healing system, including an overview of all four levels of Reiki.
- Practice basic energy exercises - grounding and centering techniques, following intuition and sensing energy with your hands.
 - Practice techniques for self-healing sessions and working with others, including hands-on demonstrations and practice.
