About the Class:
Buffalo, we’re starting 2026 with movement, culture, and JOY.

Leejay’s Dancehall Class is back with a Black History Month Edition — a dance fitness experience with a splash of culture, rooted in Afro-Caribbean rhythms and community connection. This class is designed for beginners and dancers of all levels, so no experience is needed. If you can move, you belong here.

Led by Leighton (Leejay) Jones, founder of Rooted in Rhythms, this space celebrates dance as wellness, resistance, and joy — all while getting a real sweat in.
