- **Event Description**: Root is easily our best selling games of the year every year we've been open and for good reason, as each faction plays so different that it provides a wealth of play styles for new players to master. But that asymmetry in how factions play can make it challenging to learn and we're here to help! Our friend and resident Root expert Tony has agreed to come to the store and guide new players through a tutorial and get them started on their first game. You'll get an overview of game mechanics and we'll get you playing you first game. We're capped at 8 players so reserve your seat in advance.

N.B.: Do you require a ground floor table? Our main play space is on the mezzanine level (accessible by stairs only). We have a limited number of first floor tables available for players who need them — just let us know to reserve one for you if you need it!

We serve coffee, tea, water and cold sodas and seltzers as well as chips and snacks during events and ask gamers to support our programming by refraining from bringing outside food and beverages. We're unable to refund cancellations less than 72 hours before the event start time.
