Take a breath of relaxation and enjoy gentle, effective postures that promote stretching, strengthening and peace of mind. Benefits include increased blood circulation, improved mental awareness, strengthened muscles and reduced stress!

Class takes place near Elmwood Avenue, across from the farmer’s market. Please note, participants should bring their own water bottles and mats. No other equipment is required.

Our 15th season of #FitnessintheParks features free outdoor fitness classes offered by us and our friends at YMCA Buffalo Niagara to encourage physical activity and healthy lifestyles! Taught by certified YMCA instructors, our fitness classes are great for all ages and skill levels. No sign-up or registration is required – just show up. We’re looking forward to seeing you!
