Spring has a way of reminding us that we get to start again. Not in a dramatic, overhaul-your-life way, but in a gentle, grounded, come-back-to-yourself kind of way. Emergence Within is a one-day spring wellness retreat created to help you slow down, soften, and reconnect with what’s quietly growing inside you.
We’ll gather for our signature cacao ceremony, move through grounding yoga, explore an educational offering meant to support real life growth, and close with a deeply relaxing sound bath paired with acupuncture. This day is about giving yourself space to breathe, reflect, and listen inward without pressure, expectations, or needing to have it all figured out.
If you have been feeling stretched thin, overwhelmed, or simply in need of a pause, know that you do not have to show up any certain way. We will hold space for you exactly as you are. You do not need to arrive with answers or intentions already formed. This retreat is a place to exhale, feel supported, and be gently guided through a day of nourishment and care. You are safe to slow down here.
