The Dyngus Day Committee of AMLDC is proud to announce our plans for Dyngus Day 2026. It’s about opening our doors to welcome back our members, guests and friends to Buffalo’s Historic Polonia District to join us at our yearly Springtime celebration at Buffalo’s oldest Polish cultural organization. Our ad this year is a rendition of a springtime party advertisement from the 1960s that was found while we were organizing our club’s history this past year.
Founded in 1895, we have been a pillar of Polish literature, theater, live music, language, and camaraderie among friends for 130 years.This year, Dyngus Day is Monday, April 6, 2026.
Our Gates will open at Noon to festival goers.
Parkside Polka Band will be playing from 2:00 PM till 5 PM. They are excited to return to perform at our annual Dyngus Day Celebration.
Those Idiots are happy to return to Mickiewicz where it all began over 20 years ago- the birth of “Rollka” (Rock- Polka). Come see their exciting and energetic performance as well on Dyngus Day ! They will be taking the stage in the back hall at 6:00PM after the parade. Wear your best red and white and be prepared to polka !
Wristbands will be available for purchase at our bar beginning Friday, March 6th and every Friday until Good Friday (4/3). Join us on March 6th for Music by Hank Kozlowski as we countdown to Dyngus Day with Drink Specials!
You can also purchase your early bird admission at $10 online at www.givebutter.com/dyngus2026 and pick up in person on Thursday, April 2nd from 6:00PM - 9:00PM and on Friday, April 3rd th from Noon - 6:00PM. No refunds will be issued. Tickets will be $15 at the door and $2 with proof of admittance from another venue.
We will be offering designated driver wristbands for $15 or free with a group purchase online of 5 General Admission wristbands. Each Designated Driver will enjoy water and pop all day.
Mickie’s is the most authentic Dyngus Day celebration, we respectfully ask you to keep the squirt guns home but bring those pussy willows down to Fillmore Avenue and Paderewski Dr to join in the festivities and enjoy a shot of Paderewski vodka !
