The few years leading up to my reiki introduction, I was longing to slow down and connect more deeply to myself, others, and Nature. Reiki entered and guided me into a new and more authentic way of being, and I knew from the start that I wanted to become a teacher in this lineage and share this special path with all who were interested. Reiki Level I focuses on self-care, the foundation of the Reiki System and being able to offer hands-on healing support to friends and family.
