Join Tiffany and Shane for a Transformative Meditation and Sound Journey experience You will be gently guided by Tiffany and Shane, both seasoned practitioners in Therapeutic modalities. Join us either on a Friday night or Saturday mornings on alternating weeks. This journey blends meditation and sound therapy offering a unique opportunity for calmness and self growth. This one-hour session is a collaboration between Biofield Counselling and Tuning and Soul Support Holistic Wellness, aiming to bring like-minded community members together creating a space for people to connect and feel safe. Engaging in this practice will help you quiet your restless mind, fostering a deeper connection to the present moment. It will help calm your nervous system, reset your window of tolerance, and assist in rewiring your behaviours, paving the way for a brighter, clearer future. ? Each journey is limited to 15 spaces. Please arrive 10min early to ensure we can start on time. This meditation and sound journey is designed for individuals aged 10 and older. Participants should be able to maintain silence throughout the experience. Those under 18 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult. ? Journey Format: Meditation: Join in and Learn to calm the mind, connect with the body using gentle breathing techniques and sound therapy to reach a state of tranquility. Integration with Live Instruments: Immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of Crystal Bowls, Didgeridoo, and other soothing music from various cultures as part of your integration. Grounding with Herbal Tea: Connect with fellow participants after the session over a cup of herbal tea. ? Date / Times: See table below ?
