We aim to give you a strong foundation of some key basics that’ll help you put new practices in place. Our food choices are simply THE most important factor any of us can make for our welling. This is a hands-on kitchen day offering you an opportunity to pick Ali’s brains on the many dishes she has executed both in her restaurant and personally. There are supported cooking sessions with a chance to be individually mentored. Whether you come as a seasoned cook or not there’s something for everyone to learn. Most of our recipes are versatile so can accommodate all dietary needs. Leave bursting with fresh ideas on how to embellish old and new favourites, including how to also approach a more balanced regime that’s going to bring you consistent pleasure and long term nourishment.
