Ali covers how best to navigate the food and drink scene over Christmas, avoiding things that can aggravate our digestive systems and showing you how to represent and prepare still flavourful but nutritionally dense alternatives. Ali keeps recipes fast, easy and as simple as possible to ensure you all go try cooking these new ideas for yourselves beyond the workshop environment. You will also have time to be individually mentored so as to gain some new skills and ask plenty of questions too. A workshop that will set you up for Christmas food success.
