A friendly, welcoming space for everyone — whether diagnosed, seeking support, a parent, carer, or simply interested in learning more. This is a judgement‑free space to chat, share experiences, ask questions, or simply sit with others who “get it.” No pressure, no expectations — just community.
All welcome — no diagnosis needed
Drop in for 10 minutes or stay the whole time — whatever feels right.
