A TÉRIDŐ JAM egy instant kompozíciós struktúra Rubik Ernő Zoltán vezetésével. Az este első felében a TËRÏDÖ és a JazzaJ által meghívott táncosokból és zenészekből álló alapcsapat játszik, a második félidőben viszont bárki csatlakozhat a nézők közül is.

A kollektív szabad improvizáció veszélyes műfaj: az előadók nem zökkenhetnek ki a saját történetükből, miközben az alkotótársak döntései váratlan helyzetekbe sodorják őket. A fantázia szárnyalását segíti, ha a teljes szabadság előre megszabott keretek között jön létre. Ez a látszólagos paradoxon az est folyamán úgy érvényesül, hogy kalapokból sorsoljuk ki az egyes műsorszámok résztvevőit és az időtartamot is. Ezek után már csak a frissen megalakult együttestől függ, milyen téridő kompozícióval lepnek meg bennünket – és saját magukat.

TÉR_IDŐ (SPACE_TIME) JAM is an instant composition night led by Ernő Zoltán Rubik. In the first half, TËRÏDÖ and JazzaJ will present a special act of dancers and musicians – but in the second half, everyone will be invited to join!

Collective free improvisation is a dangerous proposition: the performers must not abandon their own stories while their partners keep exposing them to unexpected situations. It only helps the soaring fantasy if total freedom is evoked among pre-defined boundaries. We will let this seemingly paradoxical state dominate our night by drawing the participants and the length of every act from a hat. But after the draw it is only up to the newly-formed groups what space_time compositions they create to surprise us – and themselves.
