Somatic Dialogues Workshop
Műhelymunka, ami három nagy múltú szomatikus iskola - Skinner Releasing Technique, Laban Bartenieff Mozgáselemzés, Body-Mind Centering® - szemléletét és gyakorlatát hozza párbeszédbe.
A hétvégi program a három szomatikus szakember, Gál Eszter, Gyulavári Ági és Kálmán Ferenc vezetésével a 2026 február közepén induló és 2028 január végéig tartó 500 órás képzési program bemutatkozó alkalma.
A kétnapos műhely betekintést enged a három szomatikus iskola eszköztárába, egyedi értékeibe és gyakorlati munkán keresztül fedezzük fel a mozgás fizikális és expresszív aspektusait, a mozgásélmény sokféleségét. Mindezek mellett bemutatjuk a szomatikus szakember képzés felépítését, menetét, ízelítőt adunk témáiból és szemléletéből. A képzés az ISMETA Nemzetközi Szomatikus Oktatási és Terápiás Egyesület szakmai támogatásával, az egyesület szakmai követelményeinek megfelelően épül fel.
A műhely mind a mozgás és a terápiás szakma, mind más szakmák felől érkező, más tapasztalati háttérrel rendelkező résztvevők számára nyitott.

Somatic Dialogues introductory workshop
A 2-day workshop that brings materials and approaches of three great somatic schools into a dialogue.
The weekend program also provides an opportunity to learn more about our 500-hour Somatic Movement Education training program, launching in mid-February 2026 and concluding in late January 2028.
The workshop provides an insight into unique values, theoretical background, toolbar, and major topics of the Skinner Releasing Technique, Laban Bartenieff Movement Analysis, and Body-Mind Centering®. The somatic weekend is focusing on the knowledge and resources emerging from the dialogue of these three somatic schools. We’ll explore physical, functional, and expressive aspects of movement, and the diversity of movement experience.
The workshop led by Eszter Gál, Ági Gyulavári, and Ferenc Kálmán. During the weekend, the Somatic Dialogues team members will introduce themselves and give more detailed information about the Somatic Movement Education training program (SODA). The training program is designed to meet the professional standards and requirements of ISMETA.
Participants of any professional and movement background are welcome, including people from the fields of arts, health, and therapy.
