How did we come into the world? How does it affect us in our lives?
Conception, pregnancy, childbirth and the early postpartum period are the primary coding gates.
It is wise to be aware of what I am programmed with and how it affects me in my daily life.
What patterns are repeated?
According to research, the roots of most of our traumas, according to which we subsequently create behavioral patterns, are temporally established in the above-mentioned periods.
During 25 years of working with families, accompanying births and in my own inner work, I have seen both in the lives of clients and in my own life what releasing old defense mechanisms and structures will bring. Because what once served to preserve our lives later makes us powerless over our lives.

We are waiting for a three-hour workshop together, where we will reflect and feel with subtle techniques:

How did we come into the world?

How does it affect us in our lives?

How can we change it?

How do these cycles repeat themselves? What do they affect?

Is there anything else happening in our lives other than the cycles of creation, birth, childbirth and liberation?

And what would the world be like without the wisdom of cycles? Without goddesses?

I love the consciousness of the Being from which all this is created, its power is an inspiration to me and never ceases to fascinate me. I love the moments when I remember who I really am, when I fully perceive myself. I am learning to love even those moments when I am seemingly “lost and disconnected”.

I love the body, its wisdom, its capabilities, its essence, its complete transparency and truth. And I am teaching myself and others to be fully present in it, in that moment that carries the soul through time and space on its earthly journey.

Even in my youth, I felt how important the way of coming into the world and at the same time its departure is. The moment of birth was and still is absolutely fascinating to me. And so are all the other stages of life.
I first accompanied a birth as a doula in 2000.
Through the years of accompanying women, children and men during births and other stages of life, I have learned that the power that created this universe is perfect and knows what it is doing.
Every woman is unique. Every family is unique. Every birth is unique.
My motherly experiences enrich my daughters Elisa (2012) and Luna Grace (2014).

"Találkozás az Istennővel – A születés kapuja – Életünk első lenyomatai"

Hogyan érkeztünk a világba? És hogyan hat ez az életünkre?

A fogantatás, a várandósság, a születés és a születés utáni korai időszak életünk első meghatározó „kódolási kapui”.

Érdemes tudatosítanunk, milyen mintázatokkal érkeztünk, és ezek hogyan hatnak mindennapi életünkre. Milyen ismétlődő mintákat hordozunk magunkban?

A kutatások szerint traumáink jelentős részének gyökerei ezekben a korai időszakokban találhatók. Ezek azok az alapélmények, amelyekből később viselkedési mintáink, kapcsolataink és életstratégiáink kialakulnak.

A családokkal végzett 25 éves munkám, a szülések kísérése és saját belső utam során újra és újra megtapasztaltam – klienseim és saját életem példáján keresztül is –, milyen felszabadító ereje van a régi védekező mechanizmusok és berögzült struktúrák elengedésének. Ami egykor az életben maradásunkat szolgálta, később gyakran éppen azzá válik, ami korlátoz bennünket, és elveszi az erőnket saját életünk alakításától.

Ezen a háromórás workshopon finom, érzékeny módszerek segítségével közösen reflektálunk és kapcsolódunk az alábbi kérdésekhez:

✨ Hogyan érkeztünk a világba?
✨ Hogyan hat ez ma is az életünkre?
✨ Hogyan alakíthatjuk át ezeket a mintákat?
✨ Hogyan ismétlődnek ezek a ciklusok életünk során, és mire vannak hatással?
✨ Létezik-e más is az életünkben a teremtés, születés, újjászületés és felszabadulás ciklusain kívül?
✨ Milyen lenne a világ a ciklusok bölcsessége nélkül? Istennők nélkül?

Az értelem, az ítélkezés és a racionalitás uralkodik. A kapcsolatok létrehozásának és védelmének szükséglete, az érzelmi élet igényei, a gondoskodás és a természet iránti figyelem háttérbe szorulnak. Az egyensúly és a harmónia eltűnik az egyénből és a külvilágból egyaránt.”

Szeretem annak a Létezőnek a tudatosságát, amelyből mindez létrejön. Ereje inspirál, és újra meg újra lenyűgöz. Szeretem azokat a pillanatokat, amikor emlékszem arra, ki vagyok valójában, amikor teljesen érzékelem önmagam. És tanulom szeretni azokat a pillanatokat is, amikor látszólag elveszettnek vagy elszakadtnak érzem magam.

Szeretem a testet, annak bölcsességét, képességeit, lényegét, teljes őszinteségét és igazságát. Arra tanítom magamat és másokat, hogy teljes jelenléttel lakjunk benne, abban a pillanatban, amely a lelket időn és téren keresztül hordozza földi útján.

Már fiatal koromban éreztem, milyen meghatározó a világba érkezés módja, és ugyanilyen fontos az abból való távozás is. A születés pillanata mindig is mélyen lenyűgözött, és ma is így van. Ahogyan az élet minden egyéb átmeneti szakasza is.

Első szüléskísérő munkámat dúlaként 2000-ben végeztem.

A nők, férfiak, gyermekek és családok kísérésének évei során megtanultam, hogy az az erő, amely ezt a világot létrehozta, tökéletes, és pontosan tudja, mit tesz.

Minden nő egyedi. Minden család egyedi. Minden születés egyedi.
