Áprilisban kozmikus hullámok söpörnek végig az Analog Music Hallon: földrengető progresszív extrém metal, jéghideg melodeath és sötétség találkozik egy estén. Ez a buli a kompromisszummentes extrém zenéről fog szólni.
✧ IOTUNN
A dán prog/extreme metal fenomén biztosan beránt majd sajátos univerzumába. A testvérpár, Jesper és Jens Nicolai Gras által alapított zenekar eredetileg ’70-es évekbeli space rockot szeretett volna játszani, a végeredmény azonban sokkal monumentálisabb lett. A The Wizard Falls EP és a Metal Blade Records gondozásában megjelent Access All Worlds albumaikkal megmutatták, hogy a végtelen terek, a filozofikus mélységek és a technikás zúzás mesterei. Jón Aldara vokáljai egy sajátos univerzumba repítenek, melyben olyan legendák szellemisége tükröződik, mint a Black Sabbath, Pink Floyd vagy a King Crimson...csak extrémebb fokozatra kapcsolva.

Az norvég IN VAIN egyszerre hideg, letaglózó és katartikus. Atmoszférateremtésben és hangszeres drámában pedig kevés hozzájuk fogható létezik a progresszív death és black metál világában. A rétegzett énektémák, a szimfonikus hatások és a könyörtelen, súlyos riffek olyan erőt hordoznak, mint egy lassan kibontakozó, mégis elkerülhetetlen vihar.

A holland melodeath csapat sötét mitológiai archetipusokból merít, és olyan göteborgi hangzásvilágot hoz, amely egyszerre melankolikus és egetrengető. A szélvész sebességű riffek és a szívszorító dallamok egy merengő, mégis elsöprő világba repítik a hallgatót. Koncertjeik intenzitása a természet erejét idézik, és olyan élményt nyújtanak, mely mélyen belemar az ember lelkébe.

The Danish prog and extreme metal phenomenon IOTUNN will pull you straight into its unique universe. The band was founded by brothers Jesper and Jens Nicolai Gras, who originally wanted to play 1970s style space rock, but the final result became something far more monumental. With their The Wizard Falls EP and their Access All Worlds album released by Metal Blade Records, they have proved themselves as masters of limitless sonic space, philosophical depth and technical ferocity. Jón Aldara’s vocals lift you into a singular cosmos that reflects the spirit of legends such as Black Sabbath, Pink Floyd and King Crimson, only taken to a much more extreme level.

In the world of progressive death and black metal, very few groups match their skill in atmosphere building and instrumental drama. The Dutch melodeath group NEPHYLIM draws inspiration from dark mythological archetypes. Their sound is rooted in the Gothenburg tradition and brings a blend of melancholy and earthshaking intensity. Their whirlwind speed riffs and heartbreaking melodies transport listeners into a reflective yet overwhelming world. Their concerts radiate the wild power of nature and create an experience that leaves a deep mark on the soul.
