?Radja Yoga Meditation (20 min)

Yoga instructor: ? Krisztina is a certified and inernationaly experienced yoga instructor, meditation coach, as well as a well-being expert at Life in Practice. With 3 decadse of yoga and 35 years of dedicated meditation practice, she has been teaching yoga & meditation nearly 20 years. If you are looking for a friendly yoga class you are at the right spot!? 

Yoga is for everyone! This event is open to all levels, from beginners to seasoned practitioners. No prior experience is necessary, just an open heart and a willingness to explore. ☮️❤️
