Youth Agility Class

Parks and Recreation is excited to announce a Youth Agility Class.

This class will aim to improve kid's athletic performance by focusing on agility, speed and coordination through fun and engaging drills. It's designed to enhance their overall fitness, build a strong foundation for future sports, and boost confidence

Who: All kids ages 5-11
Cost: Complimentary!!
When: Monday, November 10th
Time: 7:30-8:30pm
Where: Field House, Court 3
What to bring: Water bottle and lots of energy
Instructor: Katie Smith, NETA Certified Personal Trainer, Gymnastics/Cheer Instructor, Zumba Instructor

*All attendees must also be part of the Babcock Parks and Rec program. The affordable yearly membership will also give you access to a wide variety of future classes and events*
