What is the Wild Reset? This experience is space to press pause and reconnect. With gentle, grounding practices and community support, we’ll restore energy, strengthen resilience and rise to new challenges—remembering how brave we are when we root deeply and move together.  Who it’s for? New to Yoga, Flo or to cold water? Perfect—come try it with a friendly group.  Feeling burnt out from work or caring? Expect low‑pressure, replenishing practices.  Our team works in a trauma‑informed, neurodivergent‑friendly way. You choose your level of participation at every step.  What to expect Opening circle & connection — simple prompts to arrive, breathe and be seen. Yoga + Yoga Nidra — steady, accessible movement into deep rest. Forest Spa (90 mins) — hot tubs, sauna and time outdoors at Flo. Optional cold‑water immersion — clear briefing, supervised entry and a warm recovery plan if you choose to take the plunge.   We’ll be indoors for circle, yoga and nidra, and outdoors for the spa element at Flo Wellbeing, Silverstone. Hot drinks and a light snack included. We will also book a table in the cafe if you'd like to join for a nourishing lunch after your outdoor spa session (optional)  This half-day retreat will be hosted at the gorgeous FLÖ Spa & Wellbeing, Blackpit Farm, Dadford Road, Buckinghamshire, MK18 5LJ
