The Wild Reset: A Forest Spa Retreat

We’re so excited to announce bookings are now open!

Those with early access have started to snapping up spots (we’re doing happy little dances each time 🧡 ) and now it’s your turn to dive in!

Places are limited to give you a super cosy, supportive experience, whether you just need to chill, or want to be a bit brave & try the cold plunge or refreshing lake swim as well as the hot tubs & sauna. We’ll both be there to explain it all, hold your hand if you need it and cheer you on!

We’ve included yoga, yoga nidra, a connection circle, as well as drinks & a yummy snack! We’ll spend the morning in the forest at Flö, with lake views, fresh air and deep rest - a proper little wild reset for your nervous system 💙✨
