Step into the warmth….for a deeply relaxing experience
We’ll start with with an optional North Sea dip 3.15pm (weather permitting) — before melting into the sauna! (Sauna will be a comfortable 30ish degrees)
Inside the gentle embrace of the sauna, Zoe will guide you through a 40 minute Sound journey using the beautiful Crystal Tones sound bowls — a wonderful way to slow down and recharge
We’ll close the session around the fire, hot drink in hand, feeling lighter, restored, with a beautiful glow...A perfect way to spend a winters afternoon!
