Early bird registration fee $60.00 before Aug 1st $80.00 after midnight on Aug 1st to be e-transfer to clydsdalepower@hotmail.ca

The Charity we are supporting  kids Fighting Cancer University Hospitals.

Family and friends are welcome to attend they may be charged at the gate to enter the fairgrounds.

Male

ATLAS PRESS- Male

Competitor will clean and press 150lbs Atlas Stone from the chest to lock out for reps.  It must be pressed in front of the body and the stone must come back to the chest as well as lock out for reps to count. If the Stone drops below the chest for any reason the lift is over, max time 60 secs.

HYDRANT CARRY - Male

Competitor will pick up a 210lbs Hydrant and walk till you drop down a 100 foot course max time  or furthest distance in 60secs.


OBJECT LOADING -Male
 
Competitors will pick up and carry 115lbs Atlas Stone, 170lbs Anvil and 210 Fire Hydrant upright and load them on to the stage  or barrels in 60 sec.  


TRUCK PUSH - Male

Competitor will push a Truck 100 feet from the rear of the Truck for fastest time or furthest distance in 60secs. No bare feet all other foot ware is expectable .


Female 

PLATE PRESS of PAIN - Female 
 
The Competitor will Pick and Clean a 100lbs plate for reps from ground to overhead for lockout for max reps in 60secs.  Competitor must pause at lock out to hear referees verbal down command before going next lift.

ANVIL CARRY - Female 

Competitor will pick up 170lbs Anvil and walk till you drop down a 100 foot course max time or furthest distance 60secs.

OBJECT LOADING -Female
 
Competitors will pick up and carry 100lbs Plate, 150lbs Atlas Stone, 170lbs Anvil  and load them on to the stage or barrels in 60 sec.
