Mountain State Cheer Academy | Winter 2026

Mountain State Cheer Academy is excited to host our Winter Clinic Intensives — focused, high-impact training sessions designed to help athletes build confidence, refine technique, and level up their skills during the winter season.

Each clinic is 2 hours long and provides hands-on instruction, individualized feedback, and purposeful drills that directly translate to stronger performance and higher scores on the judges’ scoresheet.

Side Aerial • Front Aerial • Anodi Clinic
Minimum participation requirement: Series back handspring
Coached by Coach Allie and Coach Kendall 
12 pm - 2 pm 

Flyer Intensive
Deep stretching, balance work, body control, and understanding how flying impacts the scoresheet
Coached by Coach Allie and Coach Dez
2 pm - 4 pm 

Basing Intensive
Learn body control as a base, drills to strengthen basing skills, and how proper basing technique directly impacts the scoresheet
Coached by Coach Allie and Coach Dez
4 pm - 6 pm

Mastering the lift and control of your handless skills
Minimum requirement: Back tuck
Coached by Coach Allie and Coach Kendall

Front & Back Walkover Intensive
Mastering and improving these foundational skills
Minimum skills: Front limber and backbend kick-over
Coached by Coach Allie and Coach Kendall 
12 pm - 2 pm 

Learning a Back Handspring
Breaking down technique and building confidence
Minimum skills: All walkover and limber variations
Coached by Coach Allie and Coach Kendall 
2 pm - 4 pm

• $50 per clinic
• Each clinic is 2 hours long
• Open to athletes of all levels (must meet minimum skill requirements)
• Limited spots available — pre-registration required
• 50% of all profit will be donated to help Coach Allie go to Nationals as a West Virginia University Competitive Cheerleader!
